Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your items please send them back to us, within 14 days from receipt, in original unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

All products will be provided in clear packaging suitable for you to inspect the product without opening the packaging. 

Why do we insist on unopened packaging?

Two reasons:

(1) It is not always possible to determine if these products have been used, and any such use may affect the quality and longevity of the fibres. The product may still look perfect after use, but fibres may be weakened by heavy loads, abrasion on rough surfaces, suboptimal storage, submersion in chemical solutions or other exposure. We know you want reliable quality products and we wouldn't be able to resell anything that may have been used.

(2) Shorter lengths may be cut from the larger lengths / spools supplied without detection. Some products have very many meters on them, and it is not feasible to rewind and check each item on return. 

We therefore have to take the default position that opened packaging equates to a used product.
